Amna went above and beyond. I just can't say enough about working with Amna Ismail. She is completely responsive no matter where she happens to be in the world at any given time - she does not miss a beat. She made our anniversary really special by delivering a lovely note and a very nice bottle of champagne. I just wish we had found her sooner! She makes travel fun because she is so on top of everything. Thank you Amna for your professionalism and hard work, it does not go unnoticed.

She's amazing. She knows exactly what to do. She makes sure that every detail is followed, and the hotel is aware of all of the guest's needs. She makes sure that the early check-in in the late check out or added to the room if available and there is nothing that you have to remember when Amna is overseeing the travel experience
