Amneris was a heaven-sent angel. I’ve usually gone through tour companies for travel, but this time I decided to try using an agent to make a more tailored trip. Amneris made the experience seamless and convenient. She asked thorough questions, took the information, and created a wonderful trip to Italy for us. She included small details like how to travel to our train or tour. She was available for questions and seemed to really enjoy hearing how we were doing. Amneris thought of all the small details I forgot. She gave wonderful restaurant and shopping recommendations, which varied from local favorites to high-end. All were suggestions, and we could use them or not. We had variety in our hotel and tour experiences I would not have thought of for myself. I am so grateful for her expertise and patience.
