Travel Style
Biking, hiking, skiing, and exploring new cities are a few pleasures of travel for me. A fantastic spa is a must on almost every trip I take. I love to read about the history of places before I go and can spend hours in art museums and architectural sites throughout the world. Finding great shopping and restaurants are always top of my list too!

Thank you SO much for an amazing trip! We absolutely loved the Galapagos Safari Camp. The staff was wonderful, the food was outstanding, and the views and roaming tortoises were an absolute delight. We can’t say enough great things about the guides and the day trips. We had fantastic excursions and saw so much wildlife. We will never forget kayaking with the turtles, swimming with the sea lions, and spotting a 6-foot Galapagos shark (eek!). We even spotted one of the rare hybrid iguanas. The best part of the trip though was the quality family time. Thankfully, we were the only guests at the camp or they surely would have asked us to stop laughing so hard. I will treasure this past week for years to come. Thank you again for everything. It was a pleasure to work with you both!

AnnaMarie was wonderfully helpful. She got us a good rate for plane and hotel and arranged with a transport service to have us taken to and from the airport in comfort. AnnaMarie knows her stuff. She is professional, pleasant and oh-so patient with last-minute questions about niggling concerns and anxieties. I recommend her highly and would happily use her services again.

Annamarie was so efficient and easy to work with. Her partner in Iceland also did a fabulous job. The drivers were great and always on time. The half day private tour of Versailles was a highlight. The guide was excellent and so knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this. All the private tours we had in Iceland were so interesting and very organized. Annamarie really understood what type of experiences we wanted and also was happy to leave days open for us to explore on our own. I would definitely use her again

AnnaMarie followed up with Omnia on various requests specific for my family. Was great to have someone make sure travel to/from hotel and accomodation specifics were ironed out!

Notably New Orleans
New Orleans is the birth place of Jazz, the Sazerac cocktail, gumbo and my Creole heritage. Although I have many relatives throughout the city and have been visiting NOLA for decades, I'm not the only one who instantly feels the warmth and welcome of New Orleanians as soon as I disembark from the plane and enter the new and modern Louis Armstrong International Airport. The Big Easy, The Crescent City, N'awlins and the Paris of the South are only a few of the city's nicknames, but It's hard to encapsulate this festive, moody and mysterious city in monikers alone. New Orleans is a multicultural mecca of festivals, internationally acclaimed and award-winning chefs & restaurants, art museums, city parks, music venues, sporting events, shopping, architecture and, allow me to reiterate, some of the world's friendliest people!

Property Spotlight: Villa Igiea, a Rocco Forte Property
This summer, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Igiea in Palermo, Italy. I scheduled a site visit weeks in advance and the senior sales manager for Rocco Forte Hotels, Italy, was kind enough to be on property to show me around. Before the site visit started, the friendly staff had already impressed me with their intuitive service from the moment we pulled through the gates and our car door opened.
