Bridgette has never gotten it wrong for me! The booking experience was great. She hit the nail on the head with this hotel since we were in town for a concert and were essentially staying "on site" with the concert venue within walking distance. It's always smooth traveling when you book with Bookings by Bri!

I am giving our travel advisor, Bridgette Brashear, 5 stars with this booking! She had helped us find this hotel as a last minute book due to unforeseen circumstances with our original booked lodging. She listened to and understood our concerns with the original place we were suppose to stay in Galway and quickly resolved the problem by finding the Western Hotel for us. She sent us the link of the hotel to make sure we were fine with the location, price, and amenities of the hotel. She then, quickly, got our booking confirmed and we had no issues checking in. It was a fantastic experience booking with Bridgette and I’d recommend her to all my friends and families when it comes to planning their travels.

The experience Bridgette provided was thoughtful and well-curated. We knew what to expect at each stage of our journey from door to door. The time Bridgette took in researching all the options available paid off in the variety of tours and the excellent accommodations. When we did have the odd one-off issues, Bridgette resolved them promptly, with clear communication the entire time. I have done several package tours with G-Adventures and National Geographic, and the experience I had with Bridgette rivaled those of these huge companies (and in some cases, blew them right out of the water!).
