Catherine was such a great help. Truly a great experience having a childhood friend assist with the planning of our Honeymoon, and her recommendation of the Excellence Resorts ended up being a great one. She helped book us travel from the airport to the hotel, and was even assisting on the weekends when we ran into some airline checkin issues the day before our flight that she was able to iron out after I tried and failed to fix. Next time we're planning a trip, or we have friends needing help with planning, Catherine is the first name that's going to come up. Thank you again so much for everything!!

Catherine is terrific! She is incredibly responsive 24/7 and an absolute delight to work with. She took care of everything expeditiously and got back to us to discuss any questions that we had. She made great suggestions and was extremely helpful and got us exactly what we wanted and requested. We left our last travel agent due to lack of interest and initiative. We are so glad we were referred to Catherine and will seek her out again for our next trip and pass her contact info along to family and friends. Thank you!
