We’ve booked several trips with Ensuite Collection so far and the experience has been excellent! We actually had a different travel agent before and were not very happy because we felt rushed and pressured to book too quickly. Coming to Ensuite was very refreshing because we could enjoy the travel planning phase of the vacation again. The process of selecting the trip and making all arrangements is a lot more personable than it felt with our prior agent. At the same time, it’s still very prompt and accurate. Upon arrival at the travel destinations, we were always pleasantly surprised with upgrades, notes and special treats.

Ensuite Collection completely elevated my recent work trip to NYC. If I had booked this on my own, there’s no way I would’ve received the incredible perks they secured for me—like free drink and breakfast vouchers, an upgraded room, and an ultra-late checkout that gave me time to actually enjoy the city. Even though it was a business trip, they made it feel like a luxury getaway. From the personalized service to the thoughtful extras, I felt like a true VIP from start to finish. The Kahala hotel & resort was the epitome of luxury, relaxation, tranquility. I personally hate buffets, but they have the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had. The beach is a public beach, but it felt private. We talked ok advantage of our dining credit with snacks and frozen drinks beachside. I It was clean, the waters were calm, beach towels and chair covers were always readily available. Getting to Waikiki was just a 10-15 min uber/taxi away. Our trip was exceptional and I highly recommend Ensuite Collection to assist with your trip.
