Christy was super helpful even though we had a delay in flight. She made sure that the hotel was aware. She even sent us a welcome gift in our room.

Christy was amazing. She was extremely helpful when our travel plans had to change last minute. We must of called her 10 times, and she never complained. Professional and courteous.

Christy was exceptional. We must of changed our reservation 4 times, and Christy NEVER complained. She helped us choose the best hotel for what we needed to do in Gainesville. She even called us during our stay, to make sure everything was what we expected..
