Travel Style
I have a passion for discovering lesser-known destinations and seeking out authentic cultural experiences that take you off the regular tourist path. I'm always organizing a new African holiday, jetting off to the Caribbean for Carnival or discovering a new European city for a busy city break. My favorite way to end a day of travel is by returning to my luxe boutique hotel after enjoying unique activities and food.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Elizabeth as our travel planner for our two-week trip to Senegal. From start to finish, she demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Every element of the trip—from accommodations and transportation to cultural experiences and local guides—was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed.
Elizabeth was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. She made sure to understand our preferences, adjusted plans based on our feedback, and was always available to answer questions or make last-minute changes. Liz Jones was our rep from Fora Travel. She is exceptional at her job and very attentive to our details. We booked with Liz from Canada and we always had prompt attention all through out the booking. We gave her our desired location and estimated budget and she was able to provide us with great options. Everything went smoothly and no hidden surprises!! Elizabeth made our stay in Cardiff perfect! She met all our requirements of location, price, awareness of the things we told he we wanted to do while in Cardiff. Of all the many places we could have stayed, Maltsters was bang on.

Once again, Elizabeth met our every requirement. As mentioned above, we did not have a car until we left Edinburgh, so walking distance to Murray field was a must, and the old town was in easy reach. She provided us with a suggested list of interesting pubs and other attractions that are unique to Edinburgh. Elizabeth obviously knows Edinburgh, so her suggestions were made from experience. Great job
