Travel Style
One of my core desires in life is to experience as much of the world as possible and help others unlock that for themselves. Food, adventure and aesthetics often dictate my choices when designing a trip. I love vibey hotels and cocktail bars, intimate cultural experiences and chasing whatever thrill the destination offers.
I strike a balance between planned and exploration, as well as adventure and leisure. Hitting the best spots for the destination with an expertly curated itinerary, while allowing just enough space for spontaneity.

Emma Kate planned the honeymoon of our dreams! Our experience working with Emma Kate could not have been better from start to finish. She took the time to understand our travel style, preferences, goals of our trip and budget. We were blown away by the thoughtfulness and detail in our initial trip proposal- she included a video talking us through the comprehensive itinerary day by day and even included multiple options to review and choose from for our final itinerary. Her attention to detail and creativity was reflected in our entire travel experience, which could not have gone smoother. Our itinerary provided access to every detail we needed, along with a list of food and activity recommendations for each stop. We stayed at 3 beautiful properties and the perks from Emma Kate enhanced each stay- 2 free room upgrades (this was huge, as both upgrades moved us to rooms with the best views in the hotel), welcome notes with complimentary bubbles, free breakfast, F&B credits and more. Emma Kate does not just 'plan a trip', she passionately creates exceptional and customized travel experiences to be remembered for a lifetime! I highly recommend working with Emma Kate and cannot wait to book future travel with her!

Emma Kate was so pleasant and hit every request. When flights went awry she was able to assist us with back up plans and booking a hotel for the night due to a weather delay. Emma was so knowledgeable about the area and really hit all the nails on the head. Her suggestions for our more “unstructured” part of our trip assisted with us planning our days and gave us ideas for what to do. We ate at one of the suggested restaurants and went snorkeling with the sharks. This was certainly a trip of a lifetime and was the best rest and reset moving into a busy season in our lives!

Working with Emma Kate was an incredible concierge experience. Her communication was clear and timely, from the initial consultation and discussion of the perfect trip I had in mind to the time we landed home. She crafted a custom tailored itinerary from my ideas plus her expert vetted suggestions and executed on the plan with precision. The app and organization of bookings, tickets, reservations, & upgrades takes the stress away, one place with all your travel details. It was a VIP experience in every way. I wasn’t sure about letting go of the control of such an important trip and it was the best thing I have ever done. I won’t travel again without contacting Emma Kate.
