Working with Gianna for our honeymoon planning was an absolute DREAM! I can honestly say, I don't think we will ever go on another trip without utilizing her services and expertise. Her prompt communication and excellent recommendations made for a trip that was absolutely seamless from the planning stage to the flight home. Gianna was incredible. She went above and beyond to find me the perfect hotel for my stay in London - she even checked pricing and availability every day to make sure I got the hotel I wanted at the best price. Gianna absolutely MADE my trip to Japan. She took a stressful and scary obligation for me (having to book 11 nights in 5 different cities in a country I had never been to) and brought levity and excitement into my life through it, taking the task entirely off my plate. I handed her an insanely difficult assignment (I decided to book the trip 2 weeks in advance of going) and she was able to put together a trip that felt curated to my specifications and affordable to my budget within days. This trip would have been a disaster without Gianna, but instead it was a life-transforming experience for me and I am a little ashamed at how little I actually had to do with making it that way. It was all Gianna. I am super grateful to her for all she did for me and I am going to send all my friends to her when they are booking big trips.
