Gianna helped me plan a last-minute trip. She sent me recommendations and was so knowledgeable about the different options available to me based on my criteria. I settled on Bora Bora, one of the places on my bucket list. I was blown away by her patience with me, her thoughtful gestures upon check-in, and attention to detail. The Four Seasons was a dream and Bora Bora is utter paradise. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to plan a trip, big or small, to work with her! She also was able to secure me room upgrades, daily breakfast, and a hotel credit that I used at the spa. She took care of everything. I just booked my flights and showed up! Truly a seamless experience!

Gianna was so helpful in finding the right place for us to stay in Santorini. She worked within our budget snagging a hotel in the best location for our 2 day stop. When we checked in, we were upgraded as a result of Gianna sending them a note about our special vacation. They gave us (in my opinion) the best room in the hotel. We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets on the balcony and delicious breakfast in our room. Gianna helped coordinate a car to pick us and drop us off as well. Everything went smoothly. I recommend Gianna to everyone I know. Her attention to detail and ability to find the right hotel to fit the "vibe" is a true gift!
