I was about a full day ahead in terms of time zone and she helped me book this luxury hotel flawlessly. I left to an area of the country without reception and when I returned to reception she had many options of stays available for my next city. Not only did she have many options, she also had the cost breakdowns of each rooms and certain amenities and additions to my stay at these hotels. It was a pleasure booking with her!

Graci made everything so easy for me. I was traveling with two dogs and she found one of the only hotels in the area that was pet friendly that didn’t charge a pet fee. The room was retro and awesome, it even had a disco ball in it. I would definitely use her as a travel agent again.
