Haylei went above and beyond to ensure our experience was everything we could have dreamed of. She was extremely accessible throughout our travels, which is one of the most important aspects of travel. She checked in on us to make sure everything was to our liking and contacted the hotel directly to gain us room upgrades and champagne.
