My Story
I start planning my next trip before I'm home from the one I'm on. I am just as passionate about the planning process as I am about the travel itself! Professor of Pharmacy by day which means Type A and incredibly organized. Born in the UK, raised in BOS, currently in CLT.
Travel Style
I haven't been everywhere, but it's on my list! I believe a hotel sets the stage for the trip and that everyone should travel like their lives depend on it. I meticulously research and plan so that you can show up to your destination without a worry in the world! I live for good food and cocktails, culture and hidden gems, and an appropriate balance of adventure and relaxation. My ideal scenario: Relaxing in an infinity pool (or hot tub) at sunset with a glass of fine wine after a day of chasing epic views! What's yours?

This was our first time booking with a travel agent, and Jenna exceeded all expectations! From the beginning, she was quick to respond to my outreach, and provided detailed options and information for my request. We booked 3 nights at the Cliff House, and received an AMAZING upgrade to a suite upon arrival. We took advantage of the daily breakfast credit as well. A snowstorm hit the night before we were supposed to check out, and we reached out to Jenna to see if we could extend our stay. She handled the last-minute curveball quicky and perfectly. My only regret is not working with Jenna sooner!

Jenna is the best. She listened to our requests and suggested great hotels. She worked with staff to provide service above expectations. We had several changes, she was always willing to Accommodate our requests with a positive, friendly response Our 18 day adventure was delightful much in thanks to her guidance and assistance

We booked a holiday trip with our dog with few weeks notice. Jenna paid attention to find exactly what we were looking for and got to the final booking in two to three emails. She answered all of our questions and communicated our preferences to the hotel. Our experience was seamless.

Aruba is a special place, and I hope that everyone can experience it at least once (though I have a strong feeling your first time won't be your last). It is easy to get to from the majority of the US, outside the hurricane belt, safe, friendly and has a plethora of luxury accommodations fit for any occasion — what more could you want?!
