Back from a whirlwind of a trip to Berlin and Hamburg that I took at the end of June. We squeezed in a lot into a couple of days, and I really loved the hotels that we stayed at. There were no crowds at all, which was lovely and is a notable departure from some of the other European cities over the summer season.

Spent some time on the Ligurian Coast this summer with my husband and two girls. We had an amazing trip. Liguria is the perfect alternative to Amalfi in the heat of the summer.

Chamonix Mont Blanc Valley is a dream. This is a perfect base for a trip to the French Alps for your laid back skier looking for varied and expansive pistes, a gorgeous and authentic town, bluebird skies and sugar plum sunsets.

Portugal’s capital city, Lisbon, boasts a unique coastal charm. This walkable and hilly city has it all: a picturesque old town, architectural wonders, chic boutiques and a hip, energetic nightlife. Spend time in Lisbon before heading down to the Alentejo Coast where you’ll spend the days lazing from one gorgeous cliffside beach village to another.

I may be biased, but born and raised in Philadelphia, I think that we have it all: arts, culture, food and attitude. As the birthplace of our nation, Philadelphia is rich with historical significance and has been recognized as America’s first UNESCO World Heritage City. From the Rodin to the Reading Terminal, there’s just so much to do and see!

Take it easy when traveling in Tuscany and Umbria. Meander through the Italian countryside and coastline, stopping along the way to explore the villages, medieval cities, timeless coast and rolling hills of endless vineyards.

With over 5,800 acres of terrain, Big Sky lives up to its reputation. With its vastness comes insane views, varied terrain, consistent snowfall and a whole lot of fun. Lift tickets are available directly, or Ikon pass holders have access to Big Sky for a set amount of days that must be reserved in advance.

Pack up the kids, we're headed to Paris! Exploring the City of Lights through the eyes of a child is magical. I encourage you to slow down and take the time to drink it all in, enjoy every moment, hop on a carousel and go to Ladurée and indulge.

Park City is the ultimate destination if you are looking for a winter paradise! Skiers will find solace in Deer Valley, which is one of the only ski-only resorts in the country. With its limit on daily ticket sales and a top-notch ski school, Deer Valley knows how to cater to the luxury crowd. Lift passes are sold directly, or Ikon Pass holders have access to a set number of days at Deer Valley Resort. Park City Resort is the largest in the United States and boasts over 330 trails, six terrain parks and a half pipe. The ski school caters to skiers and boarders of all levels. Owned by Vail Resorts, Park City is accessible with the Epic Pass.

Ah, Rome, my love. What can be written that hasn't already been said? The architecture, the ruins, the fountains, the pizza, the pasta, the coffee, the gelato, the people, the culture: all a picture of perfection. Let's have a picnic and take it all in.

Every time I go back to Florence, I’m reminded that this city remains, and will forever remain, flawless. Brunelleschi’s Dome will take your breath away and Michelangelo’s David will make your heart skip a beat. Florence is constantly changing, with its gorgeous hotels and boutiques and a great bar scene, hidden behind those Renaissance masterpieces untouched by time.

Milos is a secret little island oasis in the Mediterranean sea. With more than 40 uniquely picturesque beaches, secret sea caves and traditional fisherman’s villages, this Greek Island is a jewel of the Mediterranean. It’s certainly very apropos that the iconic statue Venus of Milos, goddess of love and beauty, was discovered here.

Ho Chi Minh is an energetic and vibrant city on the bank of the Saigon River. The energy of the city is evident from the moment you step outside of your hotel. You’ll be swept up by the dizzying sounds, smells and traffic patterns. As you’re touring around the city, don’t forget to stop, and stop often, for mouth-watering street food.

There is something bewitching about Zermatt. Maybe it’s the picturesque pyramid peak of the Matterhorn that draws your gaze upwards, the snow-capped elegance of the surrounding Pennine Alps or the Läderach chocolate shop in the town below. Whatever it is, once you've been to Zermatt, you won't stop dreaming of the day you will return.
