Joanna did an awesome job guiding me through the cruise experience (our 1st cruise). I did some research about type of cabins, and she accommodated our needs. She also shared excursions to think about. (We ended up doing this all within the ship services). She was punctual on returning texts messages and or phone calls as needed. Thank you so much Joanna for making our cruise very effortless.

This was my first time using a travel advisor and Joanna made the process easy. She made sure we were able to get a early check in and a late check out. Joanna provided fantastic restaurant recommendations in the area. We had champagne waiting for us in the room which was a great touch. I definitely will be using Joanna for all of my future trips.
