Travel Style
There’s nothing quite like wandering through a new city—tasting unfamiliar flavors, chatting with locals, soaking up the culture, and ending the day in the serene comfort of a luxury hotel. Often, our travel plans are inspired by the food we want to try. We’re drawn to the vibrant energy of local markets, the thrill of discovering breathtaking architecture, and the awe of being somewhere completely different from what we know. Accessibility and universal design are also central to how we travel. We pay close attention to hotels, tours, and destinations that are inclusive and welcoming to those with mobility challenges. For us, luxury and meaningful experiences go hand in hand. We believe you can enjoy fine dining and plush accommodations while still having enriching, culturally immersive adventures. Judy was excellent & we are so glad that we used her for this trip. I had been trying to plan a surprise birthday trip for Rob, but it also became our honeymoon once we got married. When I initially contacted Judy, I explained my three parameters - overwater bungalow, all inclusive & adults only. She returned with three options, pros & cons of each and made herself available to answer additional questions in order to help guide my decision. I was so grateful because the options had become overwhelming. Judy was patient, supportive & informative throughout the process, which is important to note because we briefly considered changing locations to one that would allow us a destination wedding (we could have a marriage ceremony at Hurawalhi but it would not be legally binding). Judy provided useful information, sent reminders and provided any follow-up requested.

The moment I entered the historic 1881 building and looked up at the sweeping nine-story atrium, it was as if I had stepped into a long-lost New York. I loved having two incredible dining options right in the hotel: Tom Colicchio’s Temple Court and Daniel Boulud's Le Gratin.
