We didn't give Karen much lead time but somehow with only two weeks notice she put together lodging, tour/restaurant recommendations, and a beautifully curated itinerary. Her recommendations were spot-on and did not disappoint. As a nice personal touch she reached out to us when we arrived to ensure everything was up to standard and on the back end wished us safe travels when it was time to depart.
