Kavita planned our stay at Wash Blue and guided us with the local sightseeing in the area. We would not have known about this place if she had not recommended it and helped set it up. Komachi Denim Street was a fun experience. She guided us with planning the rest of our trip in Japan, too, and all her recommendations were exceptional. Kavita gave us an incredible deal at The Peninsula, which made us cancel our prior hotel booking…a first for us. And boy, did we do the right thing!!! Kavita ensured we got a complimentary room upgrade at the time of check in, and free champagne, chocolates…which won my heart, from the word go!!! She gave us so many restaurant recommendations and insider trips which proved so useful and were generally spot on!!! It was like a virtual vacation with your bestie. Kavita is on the ball with her responsiveness and willingness to guide you in whatever way possible. She constantly kept checking in on us. Which was so comforting. Having Kavita on your side, does add so much value to your travel experiences. She’s a keeper!!!!

I had a really good experience with Kavita. We did have a few close calls as the hotels hadn’t noted the ages of the kids but apart from that it was great! I felt like she was with me throughout on my journey. Loved and appreciated the tips and suggestions! When travelling alone, I often I like to take risks and learn as I go but since it was a new country and I was with kids, I thought this was safer and it was! Maximised our positive experience with minimal risk.

Game changer! Although we have previously worked with “agents”, Kavita is a true travel advisor. With patience, flexibility and a bit of inspiration, she put together a wonderful itinerary that appealed to everyone from our teen daughters to our elderly parents. Moreover, Kavita supported the trip throughout its entirely - frequently checking in during the week to ensure that everything was going smoothly and making additional arrangements as needed.
