Kelly provided lots of information regarding both New Zealand and Australia. Most of our four-week trip had been arranged prior to reaching out to Kelly. The primary goal of contacting Kelly was to use a Four Seasons Preferred Partner; the reservation she arranged was much better than we could have obtained online on our own. Kelly and I had a lengthy conversation regarding our vacation goals and she was able to arrange airport pickup in Auckand as well as offer numerous suggestions of what to do in both Auckand and Sydney. We would not hesitate to reach out to Kelly again for help in planning a trip.
