Kristyne Wada

Kristyne was an advisor in the truest sense of the word. This was our first time traveling to Japan, so being newbies (and detailed-oriented) we had A LOT of questions! She was patient. She was knowledgeable. She laid out options for us and made recommendations when we asked for her advice. She was great with following up in a timely manner. She never left us hanging or wondering, “is she going to get back to us”??

Once we were in Japan, I reached out to her on a few occasions and she helped us each time. Again, being first time visitors, she was a security blanket for us!

We are so fortunate to have booked this travel with Kristyne. She is attentive, responsive, and thorough—but on top of that, she's incredibly kind. Working with her was an overwhelmingly positive experience.
