Lauren is a pro! She is very knowledgable, professional, responsive - all attributes to make our trip easy and smooth. From booking hotels with great perks, to making restaurant reservations in foreign languages, activity tickets, to email updates on change of flights - she made our trip completely seamless. One experience with Lauren made my stepmom change travel agents after over a decade! Speaks volumes to her outstanding service!

Lauren was extremely helpful before and during the trip as we had to call some last minute changes. I didn't believe we needed a travel consultant but I am glad I called her. She made our plans come together nicely. We had a great trip. We had great experiences with the tours she arranged. We will definitely use her again and we would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Lauren is the best. I always feel like she deeply cares about me having a great trip, as if she was planning it for herself. After helping us find a hotel, she followed a little closer to our trip to ask if she could assist with other bookings to help make our stay more enjoyable, which was super appreciated because I hadn't had time to think through it yet. She's also not pushy and doesn't make me feel bad for saying "no," which I've experienced with some other Advisors and it leaves me with a bad feeling. I've already used Lauren to help plan another trip this year - highly recommend!

This is the second time we have used Lauren and she is fantastic to work with. We booked a 9 day four hotel trip through Southern California with different goals for each stop and she made it work seamlessly. Very accommodating for optimizing the trip budget and goes above and beyond by providing detailed recommendations for restaurants and activities on each stop. Extremely detailed and timely communicator helped us make sure our trip was stress free before and during the trip. Also was able to get some great perks for us at the hotels we stayed at like upgraded rooms and free parking. Her professionalism, personalized recommendations, and attention to detail made this the best trip of our lives, can't wait to book the next one!
