Lindsay made the process easy and offered multiple options. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations but Lindsay certainly did. We were able to check out of the hotel early and go about our planned day to the Grand Canyon, knowing that Lindsay would resolve the issue with hotel management.
