Lisa was incredible - the best travel agent we have ever worked with. She took the time to understand our family's needs/wishes and fulfilled them perfectly. She is so easy to work with and was always available to help us with or questions/concerns. She gave us recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, etc and they were all on point. Our Italian vacay would not have been so fantastic had she not been instrumental in its planning. We loved her almost as much as Italy!!!!!

Lisa is extremely organized and efficient. I always knew where we were supposed to be, what money was due and to whom and she had great suggestions with hotels and transportation! She is the best.
