I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Luxor with my family on our recent trip to Egypt over spring break in early April. We stayed here for 2 nights which was the perfect amount of time to explore the area and visit the major sites. The hotel is centrally located on the east bank and right on the Nile River.

In July of 2023 I had the opportunity to stay overnight at Wildflower Farms. Those 32 hours (yes- I got an early check-in and late check out with our perks) were pure bliss and it's the most relaxed I've felt in ages. This property lived up to the hype and I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to my clients.

In January 2024, I did a site inspection while staying at Heckfield Place in the English countryside. I added this stay onto my London itinerary last-minute and I'm so glad I did as it was the highlight of my trip! There's no easier way to recover from a red-eye than to immerse yourself in the peace of rural Hampshire while finding your zen at the incredible Bothy Spa. I would 1000% stay here again and highly recommend it to my clients.

Is Sicily worth visiting? I’ll cut right to the chase - my answer is a resounding YES! This large island off the toe of Italy’s boot is finally being recognized for all it has to offer. For decades, Italy’s classic cities like Rome, Florence and Venice have attracted visitors from around the world, but word is getting out about Siciliy’s picturesque coastline, historic towns, gastronomy and warm hospitality. In addition to its natural beauty, Sicily boasts a unique social, cultural and architectural blend that would be challenging to find anywhere else in the world. All of these elements combine to make for one magical experience. Sicily captured my heart and it will capture yours too!

I was first drawn to Slovenia when I saw the iconic picture of Lake Bled on Instagram and knew I had to visit. After traveling through Slovenia, I've come to learn that there is much more to this beautiful country than just Lake Bled, but Lake Bled is a must see and the perfect area to start your journey. Lake Bled draws the biggest crowds in Slovenia, but it's still not crowded compared to other European countries. Slovenia exceeded my expectations by far! Come see this hidden gem for yourself before the secret gets out.

Venice is Italy's dreamy island city and a destination like no other. It is arguably one of Italy's (and some would say Europe's) most picturesque cities. Prepare to be wowed by the gorgeous architecture, winding canals and unique bridges as you arrive via boat. One of the best things we did was wander around the city, getting off the beaten path and away from the tourists to discover our own hidden gems. I highly encourage you to do the same. Venice is Europe's best preserved big city and I'll share the must-see attractions to create your own unforgettable memories.

My twins have been studying Ancient Egypt in school and I decided to capitalize on their excitement and booked our spring break trip to Egypt. Egypt is consistently ranked on travel top 10 lists as an "up and coming" destination, and it did not disappoint! Luxor is known as the world's open air market, is rich with history that appeals to kids and adults alike, and is an essential stop on any Egyptian itinerary. Luxor is located just a short flight from Cairo in the north, Aswan in the south or there are direct flights from many European cities. Many Nile cruises start or end in Luxor.

If Iceland isn't on your bucket list yet, add it now. I promise you'll thank me later. This island is full of rugged beauty and nonstop adventure that you don't want to miss. Known as the "Land of Fire and Ice", this extreme contrast is what makes this unique island so appealing. Driving across the landscape you'll find waterfalls, geysers, volcanoes, black sand beaches, glaciers, steaming lava fields and so much more. It's like watching a scene out of a movie and this is a movie you don't want to miss!
