Lynette was amazing! She provided so many options and visuals from the beginning! She took all the work out of the planning and made it fun and exciting. She always went the extra mile and paid great attention to detail. She is so pleasant and a joy to work with. Lynette was so helpful planning and booking our trip to Japan including Kyoto and Tokyo. She was patient and thoughtful with her suggestions, finding experiences, restaurants and hotels that worked based on our individual and family needs. The Tern travel app and Google map made it so easy to get around during our stay, even though I had never been to Japan before. She is an amazing travel resource and calming presence and I will definitely plan travel with her again!
