My Story
A wine and food professional who transitioned from being a New York City-based sommelier in three Michelin-starred dining rooms to becoming a winery consultant. I am a mother of two girls and homesteader on the beautiful Central Coast.
Travel Style
Travel should be a time to expand your mind, reset your thinking and relax your body. I believe in high-touch experiences that deepen one's understanding of the culture or area being explored. My personal focus has always been on the history and food of the regions I visit, with a particular emphasis on wine, as I am a certified sommelier. More recently, with two young daughters, I have begun to explore family-friendly travel. Most importantly, I seek balance in trips, combining exciting and educational experiences with relaxed time for processing, bonding and decompression.

She's great at helping us with this travel stuff. We told her what we were looking for and she made all the arrangements and provided options for what we requested and in the price range we wanted, so we could choose accordingly. And we felt her involvement provided us the helpful attention from hotel staff, as it had in previous trips organized by her.
She has always been just a phone call away if anything came up—which has not, really.

This is my first visit in Silicon Valley so I had no idea where to stay. I told Meghan my preference and she gave me some recommendations for me to pick.

Meghan has known exactly what I want and need since the day I met her. I have happily let her plan for me ever since.

Meghan was an incredible partner in booking this experience for us, starting with sending multiple options and once we narrowed in on the resort, helping to secure the best room possible within a two week window. She was responsive and quick to book once we were ready. Meghan also went above and beyond by contacting the resort to let them know of our bday celebration, upgrading our room, sending a bottle of wine to the room and giving us an early check-in. I will book all future big vacations with her, 100%.

Weekend Family Getaway in Solvang
Solvang is an easy drive for most of central and Southern California, but for young children, it feels like you've traveled a million miles away. It's hard not to fall in love with the town. Giant music boxes will mesmerize your kids, and they will excitedly count the tiny elf homes perched on the edges of rooftops. Fortunately for adults, Solvang also offers stunning scenery, beautiful wineries and some excellent food.

Family Fun on the Central Coast of California
Located between Los Angeles and San Fransisco, only 20 minutes from the Pacific Ocean and the scenic Highway 1, Paso Robles is a great place to get away for a few days or to add to any California road trip. Paso boasts celebrated wineries and restaurants, while still maintaining the friendly and inviting demeanor of a small agricultural town. Spend a day wine tasting but throw in an olive oil tasting for the underaged. Trade your kids a day at our locally owned and operated water park, then head out to a Michelin-rated restaurant for dinner. Older kids will love a day zip-lining at Santa Margarita Ranch, while younger children can explore the outdoor play zone at Jack Creek Farms. And everyone loves a visit to Hearst Castle and the elephant seals!
