Travel Style
Since I was a little kid, my heart has been full of wanderlust. Travel is the one thing that makes me feel truly alive. I love to explore new places (close to home or a 20-hour flight away) and immerse myself in different cultures. Whether it’s eating my way through Italy or getting lost on the streets of Tokyo, I’m always up for an adventure. With 50+ countries under my belt (and a stint living abroad in India), I am fortunate to have traveled extensively for both work and pleasure. Now, I want to share my ‘off the beaten path’ travel knowledge with you and help you plan your dream trip.

Meredith was a joy to work with. She really took the time to understand our group -- our goals for the trip, our preferences and interests, and our limitations. We had a few questions during the trip and she responded immediately to get us the answers we needed. It was also incredibly useful to have all of our trip information centralized in the app.

Meredith was extremely helpful in making our Arizona Road Trip one of the best trips we have taken in the last 20 years. Every hotel, restaurant and activity she recommended was perfectly aligned to our needs and likes. Everything went smoothly and it was the right balance of planned vs. spontaneity. Sedona and Page are two very special places and we are lucky to have experienced them with insider knowledge.

Meredith was an absolute dream to work with in planning our multi-generational family trip to Italy. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, creative, and has impeccable taste. Beyond her expertise, she’s just a joy to work with—warm, engaging, patient, and she really listens.
With travelers of all ages in our group, we had a wide range of needs, and Meredith was always one step ahead, thinking through both the logistics and how to make the trip fun for everyone. She offered so many ideas and options at different price points, all tailored to our initial conversations.
I also appreciated that when she didn’t have an immediate answer, she got back to me quickly and well-informed. The actual itinerary she created for us was incredible—complete with descriptions, photos, pre-purchased tickets, reservation numbers, and additional recommendations, all organized in one easily accessible place. It made traveling so much smoother, and I never had to dig through emails or notes for information.
Although I usually enjoy doing my own research and planning, after working with Meredith, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to planning trips alone. She saved me so much time, stress, and effort—and helped create the trip of a lifetime. So grateful for this experience.

Meredith was so helpful and kind. From the moment we first met, it was clear she was going to plan a great 40th birthday celebration for my wife because she cared deeply about us having a great time in Mexico City. Meredith delivered at every step along the way. As with any travel situation, there were inevitable challenges during the planning situation and Meredith navigated them seamlessly, making it a perfect weekend for us and our guests. Could not recommend her more highly!

Your Perfect Long Weekend in Cartagena, Colombia
Cobblestone streets. Colorful colonial architecture. Fragrant coffee. Street art, lively bars and restaurants and music clubs where you can dance the night away. Fresh seafood and ceviche. Island beaches and sunset boat rides. What is this place? It's Cartagena, the charming Colombian city on the Caribbean coast, steeped in history and culture and running on Latin rhythm.

How to Spend 5 Days in Mexico City
Have you been to Mexico City? If not, you need to add it to your travel list immediately! Not only is it a relatively easy destination to travel to from the States, but it’s also a city full of culture, history, art and incredible food. Combine that with year-round mild weather, and you have the makings of a perfect trip. Mexico City is a destination that is easy to do over a long weekend. Three full days will be plenty of time to get to know the city. (I will warn you, though — once you discover everything this city offers, you will want to return to experience more!). Keep reading for the 5-day itinerary I recently planned for myself and a group of friends to celebrate my birthday.

The Ultimate Skiing Guide for Jackson Hole, Wyoming
Jackson Hole is one of the premiere ski resorts in the country, and I recommend it to everyone who asks me where to ski or snowboard out west!
Why? Because the Jackson Hole Ski Resort does it right, they understand hospitality and the importance of creating a seamless experience for their guests.
The best way they do this is by limiting the number of skiers on the mountain each day. This means no lift lines or crowded trails. Combine all this with challenging and technical terrain, along with epic views (you are in the Grand Tetons, after all!) and you have the makings of an incredible ski or snowboarding trip.
Curious to know more about all that Jackson Hole has to offer? Keep reading to discover why this mountain town should be where you book your next ski trip.
