Michelle is top notch in every way. She was able to craft a premium vacation for my family with very little guidance and in a short-notice with amazing, once in a lifetime experiences. Every part of our itinerary was mindfully crafted and was executed flawlessly. Hardly any work from our side, just flowing and enjoying the wonders of the norther lights, a sauna in the middle of the snow, snowmobiling with the northern lights above, husky sledding, visiting Santa's village among many other wonderful delights!! Every part of our trip provided the quality and service we were expecting from restaurant, attractions, activities, hotels and transportation to Michelle's every attention to detail and never ending presence throughout our trip to make sure everything was going well. If you want the best and expect the best Michelle is that person!

I would recommend Michelle to anyone who does not want to deal with the stress of planning a vacation. We trusted her with our honeymoon and we have no regrets. Michelle took the time to understand what our priorities were for our trip and provided timely communication surrounding bookings, activities, transportation, and food. Each step of the way she provided options with thorough descriptions allowing us to compare. She worked with us to make sure that our vision could happen within our budget. She booked a rental car and gave us all necessary information for a smooth check-in. The Luau she booked for us was spectacular. She even verified that they could accommodate a gluten-free menu, giving me peace of mind. The HoloHolo Charter Sunset Sail was a blast and a perfect way to see the Napali Coast. The Ziplining adventure was so much fun and a great way to experience the island in a new way. Michelle went above and beyond and even had hiking, sightseeing, and restaurant/bar recommendations for any free time we had. Her detailed itinerary and packing list told us everything we needed to know to show up to an Island we had never been to and feel confident in each step we took.
