Natalie handled our somewhat complicated booking for a long wedding weekend in NYC beautifully. We wanted to stay at the Greenwich Hotel, but our room needs changed as the date got closer. Natalie made each change and followed up on each request we asked. And amazingly, 3 days before the event, she asked us if we would like to be upgraded - at no cost to us - to a fabulous HUGE suite, due to Fora's relationship with The Greenwich. We jumped at that opportunity. The suite was perfect for our needs and added so much to our daughter's wedding weekend. I would definitely recommend Natalie and Fora Travel.

When I told Natalie about the type of experience I was looking for and she knew immediately where I should stay. I am so happy that I booked through her because it really was the perfect location — quiet but extremely central. The hotel was exactly what I was looking for, and there was a nice welcome package waiting for me on arrival! It was such an easy process using her services and I look forward to booking my next trip with her soon!
