Antigua and Barbuda is an absolute island paradise with breathtaking beaches and crystal clear waters. I was fortunate enough to spend a romantic Valentine's Day trip exploring the incredible island. We stayed on Dickenson Bay Beach and used that as our home base for all of our explorations. You could easily spend every day on the beach in Antigua (there are 365 of them, after all.) But this tiny island has a lot more to offer. It’s the perfect place for a romantic getaway!

St. Kitts and Nevis is one of the Caribbean's best-kept secrets — but not for long! This stunning destination in the West Indies offers the perfect blend of gorgeous beaches, fascinating history and vibrant culture. Whether you’re looking to unwind on pristine white sands or explore charming villages, there’s something for everyone here. Below are some of my favorite things to do, see and eat during your visit!

I had the pleasure of spending my birthday at the beautiful Park Hyatt St. Kitts, and it was beyond special! This luxury five-star resort is only 20 minutes from the airport, but feels like a world away! Unlike so many Caribbean island resorts, the Park Hyatt is secluded, quiet and luxurious. It’s perfect for a romantic getaway!

Budapest is such an enchanting city! From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a fairy-tale painting. From exploring its historic landmarks to savoring traditional dishes, exploring upscale shopping and rejuvenating in its luxurious spas, Budapest offers something for every type of traveler.

Bratislava is one of the most underrated cities in Europe! It’s often overshadowed by its more extravagant neighbors like Vienna and Budapest. Bratislava’s cobblestone streets are filled with communist-era architecture, medieval walls and whimsical statues. I instantly fell in love with its scrappy charm and unique history!

Visiting Vienna feels like stepping into a living museum! This vibrant European capital is a true masterpiece, where every street and building is more beautiful than the last. And let’s not forget the cafés and restaurants — they're just as stunning and the food is incredible! "Understated" is not a word I would use to describe Vienna! This city is all about bold beauty, opulence and grandeur. It's a must-add to your next European adventure!

The Park Hyatt Vienna is a gorgeous, luxury hotel located in the historic heart of Vienna! The hotel occupies a beautifully restored 19th-century building that was once home to the Austrian National Bank. The Park Hyatt has preserved much of the original architecture and fixtures, offering guests a truly authentic experience blended with modern luxury. The hotel is ideally located in Vienna’s First District, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It’s within walking distance to Vienna’s most famous treasures like St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera) and the National Library, which makes it an ideal place to stay on your next visit!

There’s something about St. Lucia that just stirs the soul. I spent my 40th birthday at the stunning Rabot Estate near Soufriere, marveling at the Pitons from the infinity pool, feasting on chocolate cuisine and exploring all the island has to offer. If you’re like me and get a little restless laying on the beach for too long, St. Lucia is a perfect mix of beachy relaxation and adventure!

Bermuda had intrigued me for so long, and I only wish I had visited sooner! Bermuda is less than a two-hour flight from New York, but it feels like an entire world away. The crystal clear, turquoise water and pink sand beaches are simply stunning, and the quaint cities of Hamilton and St. George’s are adorable and full of history. There is just so much to explore, eat and enjoy in this little slice of heaven! Bermuda is absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway and its proximity makes it so easy to get there!

Milan is a great starting point to an Italian road trip or a perfect stop over when you’re traveling in Italy. You can easily explore the city in just a couple of days, and you’ll be so glad you did. The history and culture are fascinating and of course, the cuisine is incredible!

Old Quebec is a quaint city full of cobblestone streets, adorable cafes, incredible restaurants and wonderful boutiques. It’s a perfect romantic getaway and great for a long weekend getaway. With its European charm, you’ll feel like you’ve landed in the middle of France!

Madrid is such an incredible city full of amazing culture, history, food and wine! It’s a wonderful Spanish city to indulge in excellent cuisine, explore opulent palaces and soak up amazing history. Unlike other popular cities in Spain, you won't feel like you're just another tourist as you get fully involved in the culture, sharing meals and drinking wine with the locals.

Traveling through this part of the American Southwest is nothing short of awe inspiring! This road trip from Antelope Canyon to Monument Valley will take you through some of the most stunning and remote landscapes in the country. From the intricate designs within Antelope Canyon to the majestic rise of Monument Valley and the journey through the sacred heart of the Navajo Nation, it’s a must-do road trip to add to your bucket list! Below is a leisurely five day itinerary; but you can easily shorten it by fitting more activities into your days.
