Five stars – exceptional service from Shalegh Silkey!
Working with Shalegh Silkey was an absolute dream. From start to finish, she left no detail unturned and handled every aspect of our trip with incredible ease and professionalism. Even before we officially booked, Shalegh spent an entire month patiently walking through every possible destination I was considering. Her dedication and knowledge helped us ultimately choose the perfect getaway: Saint Barthélemy.
Shalegh’s expertise really shined throughout the planning process. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the island—its culture, food scene, shopping, and travel logistics. Every recommendation she made felt thoughtful and tailored to our preferences. Thanks to her, all our accommodations were booked seamlessly, and our entire experience was smooth and stress-free.
Honestly, I almost didn’t want to write this review—we’d love to keep Shalegh all to ourselves! She’s that good. We’ve already booked multiple trips with her and will absolutely continue to do so. If you’re looking for a travel agent who is detail-oriented, incredibly responsive, and genuinely invested in crafting your perfect getaway, Shalegh is the one to call. Time and again Shalegh not only finds us the coolest spots in the best locations, but she always ensures we are treated like VIPs and always given room upgrades, on-site hotel/resort credits, early check-in/late check-out, and the better rates than we can find anywhere. What is probably of most value to me is her responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to ensure everything is right.
