We recently returned from the most incredible trip to Costa Rica, and it wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing travel agent! From start to finish, she delivered everything we wanted—and so much more. The Tabacón Thermal Resort was absolutely stunning. Nestled in the rainforest with natural hot springs and breathtaking views of the Arenal Volcano, it felt like something out of a dream. After that, we stayed at the Westin in Playa Conchal, which did not disappoint! The beach, the food, the service—everything was top-notch. Every detail of the trip was perfectly planned. From seamless transportation to thoughtfully chosen excursions, we felt taken care of every step of the way. If you’re thinking of traveling to Costa Rica (or anywhere, really), do yourself a favor and work with her. We can’t wait to plan our next adventure!

Shasta booked the most wonderful, special birthday staycation for our family. The booking process was seamless and easy. Shasta communicated promptly, answering all of my questions, offering helpful suggestions from her expertise and she showed patience even when our plans changed a couple of times. She was able to get us complimentary upgrades, resort credits to use toward our incidentals and even free breakfast! Shasta did an excellent job of hearing our desire for a memorable "final" spring break with all four of our children that would allow family time as well as adult time. She handled all of the details and went above and beyond. I will use Shasta again for our next vacation whether it's family or just adults. She followed up and took care of us until we were back home. I highly recommend her services!!
