She listened to what I was looking for and made the perfect recommendation. I had no idea a place like this existed. The actual booking process was super easy (I did nothing aside from giving Susan my dates), and I got additional amenities and an upgrade which I would not have gotten had I booked on my own!

Sue Walser did a superb job handling our travel needs, including booking our hotel and ensuring that loyalty points were earned and any perks were available. Sue is thorough and thoughtful and doesn't present that any ask is beneath her. We asked her to book some tours for us, such as a private canal boat tour, and her selection and execution was perfect. I highly recommend working with Sue for your travel needs. She listens, gives good advice and options, and feels like she is truly on your team trying to find the best experiences at the best value versus trying to spend the most money. She is smart, steady, and personable. My brother is already planning another trip with her.
