My Story
Aussie-born, Silicon Valley/Pacific Northwest transplant. QiGong/meditation teacher and travel buff obsessed with watching the sunrise in the great outdoors, even when it's below freezing.
Travel Style
Nature-loving wanderer. Most weekends you'll find me hiking through forest trails, hugging trees, chasing sky-high waterfalls and talking to the birds I meet along the way. My guilty pleasure is lounging in a bathrobe in my luxe hotel room, and ordering room service, at the end of an action-packed day of swimming, sight-seeing and exploring.

She understood where we wanted to stay and got us the perfect spot. Close to cruise piers and easy access in and out of hotel. She hit it out of the park!

What I loved the most was that I had my hotel and a few plans settled away after just a 30 minute phone chat with Tammy. So easy and fit our needs to a ‘T’!

Throughout the booking process Tammy was professional, responsive and went the extra mile in accommodating our needs. We saved money on our room and received all sorts of extra perks because of her! We have already asked Tammy to book our spring break trip and will definitely use her services again in the future.

Oregon’s Best-Kept Secret: Columbia River Gorge
Just 20 miles east of Portland, Oregon, the stunning Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area has it all. A year-round destination of unsurpassed natural beauty, with sky-high waterfalls, miles and miles of forested hiking trails and stunning vista points along the way. The scenic town of Hood River is the beating heart of the Gorge. It has a fun, family-friendly vibe with a host of watersports rentals available in the summer. It's also known as a foodie’s paradise with an array of local bakeries, breweries, fine dining and everything in-between – all thanks to a vast, verdant valley filled with vineyards and fruit orchards at the foot of the majestic Mount Hood.

Day Trip from Portland to Astoria on the Oregon Coast
Imagine driving through miles of dense woods which open up to bright sunlit skies, craggy shoreline cliffs and crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean. Picture-perfect views are endless once you begin to explore the seaside town of Astoria on the famed northwest Oregon coast. This stunning scenic area is one of my favourite weekend getaways, less than a two-hour drive from Portland.
