My Story
Having traveled the world as an International Purser, I love helping others experience and explore. Quiet luxury & adventure. No drama, just dreams. Fulfilled.
Travel Style
Former 'resourceful' traveler, I appreciate a budget as much as I appreciate luxury. I'll have a trip on the calendar while I'm planning the next. From adventure to a luxe experience, for me it usually ends with a fine wine and fancy sheets.

Tracy Burpee was a wonderful travel advisor. She listened to my travel needs and made excellent recommendations. Tracy responded to my emails promptly. I enjoyed working with her!

Tracy found a good choice for us as we are Marriott members and shuttle service was helpful. Not the charm of our other French hotels that Tracy found for us but that was not necessary or expected for an airport hotel.

Working with Tracy is always a pleasure. I had most of the itinerary already mapped out when we started talking but needed her help to find hotels. She gave me several options in both Lisbon and Porto—different locations, price points, and type of property. I am very happy with the ones I selected from her list. She was able to quote rates with perks that made my stays even nicer.

Tracy clearly explained to us prior to booking that accommodations on Mont St Michel are dated and hard to book. She suggested we only bring minimal luggage which was great advice due to all the stairs - felt terrible for travelers with huge bags. Tracy also suggested dinner and breakfast reservations at the hotel - worked out great as very crowded and many visitors trying to find a spot to eat. Accommodations definitely more rustic than the others Tracy procured for us but we were "warned" in advance and the Mont is truly a special place for a one night visit so very glad Tracy suggested it!

Wonderful! Tracy upgraded our room and it was beautiful. We were also found a bottle of champagne and a homemade banana bread when we arrived. Having breakfast included was great - an enormous buffet with lots of delicious options. Loved this hotel - hope to visit again.

10 Days Aboard the Seabourn Sojourn: The Tyrrhenian Sea and Malta
Cruising on Seabourn is always a treat. In October, 2023, I sailed on the Seabourn Sojourn for 10 days through the Tyrrhenian Sea and Malta. The Sojourn carries approximately 300 guests or less with an impressive staff ratio. The staff on Seabourn are incredibly attentive, never fail to greet you with a smile and the service is exceptional. This was my second sailing experience with Seabourn, and it did not fail to meet my expectations - I would readily select them again. And again. And again.

Scenic Charlottesville: A Guide to Hiking, Dining & History Near the Beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains
Charlottesville, Virginia, is a college town that offers all the things one may want in one location. Perhaps best known for being the home to the University of Virginia and Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello, Charlottesville also boasts more vineyards than one can responsibly visit. It sits in the shadow of the Blue Ridge Mountains, so offers plenty of outdoor activities. When your day is done, Charlottesville offers cuisine on par with more cosmopolitan cities. Only a beautiful 2-hour drive from Washington, DC (or, there's a train!) and an hour from Richmond. It’s all too easy to run out of time on a visit to Charlottesville but it’s easy to go back!
